Restaurant Host

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Restaurant Host to join our team at Bob Evans Restaurants. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience.

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, escorting them to their tables and ensuring they have everything they need.
• Monitor the flow of the restaurant, seating guests efficiently and effectively.
• Deliver menus and kid packs, perform restroom checks, and maintain a clean and organized lobby, bakery, and retail areas.
• Practice safe food and beverage handling, and communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met.
• Effectively handle guest complaints and involve management as needed.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
