About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Healthcare Compliance Officer to join our team at Prime Therapeutics LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the day-to-day activities of the rebate operations department, ensuring compliance with federal laws and state regulations, and developing and implementing strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rebate operations, including eInvoice contacts and registration activities.
  • Collaborate with IT and Quality and Training specialists to refine and improve processes that impact quality and productivity.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a combination of education and work experience.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in pharmacy rebate management or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of CMS rules and regulations as they pertain to rebate processing and Medicaid Drug Rebate Program.
  • Experience with Cognos reporting and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience in accounts receivable and/or collections.
  • Medicaid rebate experience and retail pharmacy or pharmacy tech experience preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $66,880.00 and $107,000.00 per year, based on experience and skills. The pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
