Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Allina Health. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for supporting the inventory management function at our hospital or clinic service line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and prioritize work, issue resolution, and serve as a subject matter expert for inventory management.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to develop and implement inventory management strategies.
  • Manage supply cart inventory, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with clinical staff to identify product stability, usage, and new product introduction.
  • Source and identify products, coordinate analytics and demand planning, and manage backorders.
  • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of automated ordering systems.
  • Manage advanced support of clinical areas, conduct demand forecasting, and introduce new products.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience working with ERP inventory management systems.
  • 2-5 years of supply chain management, clinical healthcare, or hospital operations experience.
  • Microsoft Office competency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

Licenses/Certifications

  • Valid Driver's License required upon hire.

Physical Demands

  • Light Work: Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently.
