Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.
- Assist with patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Graduated from an accredited school of Practical Nursing.
- Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines.
- Basic Skills Certifications (CPR).
