Job Title: Nurse Flow Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Flow Specialist to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize patient flow.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement, developing and implementing strategies to optimize patient flow.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote efficient and effective care delivery.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
