We are seeking adjunct faculty members to teach College Skills at College of DuPage. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Education, Counseling, or a related area, and experience in teaching and designing instruction to engage students.
Key Responsibilities- Teach College Skills courses in various delivery modes, including face-to-face, online, hybrid, and blended formats.
- Develop and implement course plans and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Evaluate student performance and provide timely and accurate feedback.
- Submit required paperwork related to instruction in a timely manner.
- Master's Degree in Education, Counseling, or a related area.
- At least 18 graduate hours of Education and/or Counseling.
- Specialized training or experience in career development.
- College-level teaching experience and proficiency in designing instruction to engage students.
- Ability to teach face-to-face classes on campus.
- Experience in online or virtual teaching is preferred.
