Crystal Clean is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our recycling equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily operations in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Prepare, review, and monitor the shipping and receiving of materials in and out of the facility, including containers and bulk deliveries.
- Operate and maintain recycling equipment, including material transfers and process unit operations.
- Monitor and adjust process conditions to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Complete shift handover communications and maintain housekeeping standards in your work area.
- 2+ years of related experience in a similar role.
- Strong mathematical and mechanically reasoning ability.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
