Senior ML Product Manager Job Description

Lytx is seeking a highly skilled Senior ML Product Manager to lead the development of our Machine Learning (ML) strategy and products. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for managing ML projects from roadmap to client delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market segments, customer needs, and competition to guide the evolution of our ML strategy.
  • Work with strategic leaders to define and create an ML strategy and longer-term product roadmap.
  • Develop business cases and market requirements for key new ML value propositions.
  • Define the data requirements for the ML roadmap and ensure our strategy to acquire the data.
  • Understand the core measures of ML algorithms and apply the right measures for product value.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of ML initiatives and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to develop new algorithms and functionality.
  • Ensure our ML strategy is aligned with our privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Work together with the marketing team to ensure impactful market launches.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Product Management work experience, spanning both new product development and management of in-market products.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of ML and distributed systems development.
  • Familiarity working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment.
  • Proven track record of working with engineering teams to develop successful product offerings.
  • Experience with Telematics products is an advantage.
  • Independency and 'can do' approach.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Strong customer focus and market analysis skills.
  • Data-driven decision making.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is $132,500.00 - $167,500.00.
