Job Overview

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our Assisted Living community, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans.
  3. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  4. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
