Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

About the Position
  • Develop and implement construction project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Logistics and supply chain management.
  • Project safety and quality control.
  • Change order management and dispute resolution.
  • Communication and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Civil Construction experience.
  • 3 years of Project Management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, Strong written and oral communication skills, Exemplary time management skills, Proven interpersonal relationship skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office.
