Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for motivating and coaching our team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
  • Operate Point of Sale System: Accurately operate the point of sale system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Manage Scheduling and Timekeeping: Manage scheduling and timekeeping for team members, ensuring that we have adequate coverage and that team members are aware of their schedules.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with team members, guests, and management to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, guests, and management.
  • Ability to Lift 55 Pounds: Ability to lift 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
