Highly Motivated Project Planner Intern

As a Project Planner Intern, you will provide general support to the New Home Starts department by assisting with tasks, assignments, and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Completion of Certifications: Assist in completing builder certifications for FHA/VA loans in a timely manner.
- Address Files and Documents: Create address files and file slab documents as needed.
- Plan Review: Review plans and elevations to ensure there are no repetition issues in a community.
- Document Preparation: Order all necessary documents required for permit packages.
- Custom Option Pricing: Request custom option pricing and sketches as necessary for a home to meet developer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A high school diploma and current enrollment in university are required.
A salary range of $15-$20 per hour is estimated based on industry standards and location. Benefits include professional development opportunities, community outreach, and team-building activities.
