Job Summary:

As a Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic with the U.S. Army, you will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and starting and charging systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect, service, maintain, repair, replace, adjust, and test wheeled vehicles, material handling equipment systems, subsystems, and components.
  2. Supervise and perform maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles.
  3. Inspect and test automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and starting and charging systems.
