Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Specialist

As a Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Specialist with the U.S. Army, you will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and select armored vehicles that serve critical roles in various mission-critical environments.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $115,000, including up to $50,000 in bonuses and education benefits. You will also receive 30 days of paid vacation per year, as well as additional living expenses for dependents.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and service wheeled vehicles, material handling equipment systems, subsystems, and components.
- Perform repairs, replacements, adjustments, and testing on automotive electrical systems, including wiring harnesses and starting and charging systems.
- Supervise and manage teams of technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- You must be between 17 to 34 years old.
- You must have a current Senior in High School (HS), HS Diploma, GED or higher.
- You must be a U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident or green card holder.
- You must pass background and medical screenings.
