  • Conduct individualized or small group speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
  • Offer guidance to clients and their families regarding evaluation outcomes and suggested treatment pathways.
  • Maintain precise documentation for all client interactions, including daily notes and progress reports.
  • Mentor and train support staff on communication strategies within the clinic.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team and ensure timely communication.
  • Manage a consistent therapy schedule each week.
  • Familiarize yourself with Speech Generating Devices or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Delegate tasks to support personnel as needed.
  • Adhere to the ethical standards set by ASHA.
  • Aim for a minimum of 25-30 billable hours weekly.
Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Autism and related conditions.
  • Understanding of various speech, language, and developmental disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with Google platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to meet all regulatory requirements.
  • Flexibility to travel to different facilities.
  • Willingness to employ a mix of child-centered therapy techniques and positive reinforcement.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in both standardized and informal assessments of language.
  • Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team of ABA professionals, physical therapists, and occupational therapists.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and education.
  • Capable of completing safety care training.
Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in speech-language pathology (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply).
  • Active state SLP license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship.
  • CPR certification.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 annually
