Position Overview:

Aristide Energy is seeking a seasoned Plant Engineer with extensive expertise in the design, commissioning, and operation of industrial wastewater and separation systems. This role entails overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of equipment and machinery within our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement standards and protocols for installation, modifications, quality assurance, testing, inspection, and maintenance.

· Create detailed project scopes and timelines while coordinating efforts between internal teams and external contractors.

· Work closely with the Operations Manager to troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical issues involving pumps, motors, sensors, valves, and more.

· Supervise the upkeep of plant machinery and manage the requirements for new designs, assessments, and maintenance schedules.

· Generate and prepare engineering and operational cost estimates for capital projects.

· Maintain and communicate essential metrics related to production, finance, quality, operating expenses, and cost management.

· Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, specifically in wastewater treatment or plant operations.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics proficiently.
  • Experience with PLCs and the capability to read ladder diagrams; VFD experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
