About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care. As an APP, you will work collaboratively with our experienced physicians, social workers, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, acute care, and chronic disease management.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for patients and staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field (for Nurse Practitioners) or a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (for Physician Assistants).
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Michigan.
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in a primary care setting.
