Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service and sales support
  • Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution of customer service programs
  • Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders
  • Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure
  • Process retail customer returns and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves the store
  • Delegate and complete Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned
  • Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and security checks
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to obtain RSS Certification
  • Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
  • Automotive systems and repair knowledge
  • ASE Certification
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
