Job Summary

The Mammography Technologist performs a variety of technical procedures that require rational independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in performing women's imaging exams with basic departmental functions and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiologic procedures to the board, facility, and national standards.
  • Promote customer service and provide continuous observation of telemetry monitors.
  • Document notes in PACS.
Requirements

Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date.

1-2 years of experience in Mammo preferred.

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
