HexaQuEST Health, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
