We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic clinical team at CivicMinds, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our providers and interdisciplinary staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
Work closely with our providers and interdisciplinary staff to develop and implement patient care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Qualifications:
Current RN or LPN license required.
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an office setting or acute care environment preferred.
Previous primary care experience also preferred.
