Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. This can translate to a yearly salary of approximately $40,000-$55,000.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare product according to prep/par sheets for each shift.
  • Cook, assemble, and package customers' orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain proper holding and storage of all food items, ensuring correct food temperature is reached and maintained.
  • Work in a safe and sanitary manner following all local and state requirements.
  • Unpack and store incoming inventory and truck orders, ensure cleanliness of your cooking area, maintain safe operation of all kitchen equipment, and report any kitchen equipment that is not working properly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cooks must be able to work in a kitchen environment with various equipment, including ovens, stoves, walk-in coolers/freezers, milkshake machines, frying equipment, and knives.
  • Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds and be on their feet for up to 8 hours or more at a time.

Work Environment:

  • This position requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, fire, noise, and potentially slippery surfaces.

Work Hours:

  • This position can be either full-time or part-time, Monday through Sunday.

Work Authorization:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
