Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kiosk Operator to join our team at Advantage Metals Recycling LLC. As a Kiosk Operator, you will be responsible for buying non-ferrous metals from the public, identifying materials, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Buy and sell non-ferrous metals to the public, ensuring accurate identification and pricing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive experience for retail customers
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Identify and grade non-ferrous scrap materials, understanding pricing and regulations
  • Validate customer identification and paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Operate small material handling equipment as needed to move materials for processing

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and flexibility
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays as required, with basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow company safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of scrap materials and recycling processes
  2. Availability to work a regular schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
