About Clinical Care at IntelyCare

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN), graduation from an approved nursing program, and at least 4 months of post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience.

This role requires administering nursing care, working with residents and medical staff to devise care plans, ensuring residents receive personalized treatments and medications, and explaining best options for care with residents and their family members.

You'll earn a competitive hourly pay range of $50-$65, plus enjoy benefits such as employer-paid taxes, workers' comp, and malpractice insurance, health, vision, and dental benefits, retirement benefit eligibility, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering compassionate care to residents in various settings
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans
  • Providing expert guidance on medication management and treatment options
  • Communicating effectively with residents and their families

Requirements:

  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • At least 4 months of experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings
