Seeking a skilled Clinical Psychiatric Specialist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

About the Role

Our locations span across Massachusetts, providing opportunities for providers to build strong relationships with clients while working collaboratively as part of a clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Complete thorough psychiatric evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Manage patient medications effectively and monitor their progress
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists, advanced practice nurses, and licensed clinicians
Requirements
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
  • Valid medical license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain
  • DEA certificate

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $299,520- $368,640 annually, plus benefits such as medical, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) match. A sign-on bonus is also available.
