Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Care Manager (Med Tech) to join our team. As a key member of our care-focused environment, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and services to our residents, ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Administer medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner, adhering to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.">
  • Review, read, and document resident information, including medication updates from the Resident Care Director or Wellness Nurse.">
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.">
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, following Sunrise's policies and procedures.">
  • Participate in training programs and ongoing education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required; High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.">
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a healthcare setting.">
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
  • Able to make sound judgments and decisions in challenging situations, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.">
