Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Host to join our team. The Host is key to a successful operation and is responsible for greeting each guest as they arrive to the restaurant. They will also support the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
  • Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
  • Estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
  • Ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
  • Answer the telephone and book reservations
