This is a challenging opportunity to join the Air Mobility Command team as a Custodial Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping program at the EAGLES REST INN on DOVER AFB.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive housekeeping program to ensure a high level of cleanliness and sanitation in the lodging facilities.
- Supervise a team of custodial workers and laborers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
- Formulate and implement policies and procedures to achieve program goals, monitor effectiveness, and make adjustments as necessary.
- Assist in assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of subordinates, and evaluate their performance.
- Develop and maintain standards for cleanliness and sanitation, including frequency of cleaning, methods, and procedures.
- Monitor performance and recognize staff achievements through internal awards programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience in management methods and techniques, with the ability to delegate work and develop procedures.
- Technical expertise in lodging housekeeping operations and program management.
- Ability to analyze problems and make decisions considering a wide range of factors and requirements.
