About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative II to join our BioLegend team. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Initiate customer contact via phone and email to verify order information and provide exceptional service.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding order status, delivery, and availability.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement process improvements and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume order processing environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality expectations.
