About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical leadership team at ABA Connect. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and design ABA programs for clients in clinic, home, and community settings
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct assessments, develop goals, and create data sheets and materials for client programs
  • Prepare reports and maintain clinical documentation in accordance with company and industry standards
  • Support the growth of ABA Connect services while providing quality clinical supervision and leadership to subordinates
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization, community, families, therapists, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Ability to work on the floor with children, while providing therapy
  • Ability to use computers and tablets for extended periods of time
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check
