As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and prioritize room assignments from management
  • Clean, stock, and maintain assigned guest rooms according to hotel and industry standards
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and needs
  • Check and restock cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities
  • Ensure guest privacy and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming
  • Notify maintenance of any needed repairs or maintenance
  • Participate in rotational 7-day work cycle, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, with hotel experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
