About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our winning team. This role involves evaluating patients' physical conditions and developing tailored treatment plans to enhance recovery and mobility. As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will maintain patient confidentiality while operating in a collaborative and positive environment to achieve patient goals.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and recording patient care data, preparing evaluation reports, and administering tests and measures. They will also develop and implement treatment plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide education and training to patients and their support systems. Additionally, they will oversee support staff, manage patient caseloads, and ensure adherence to department guidelines for productivity and billing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred. A valid licensure in the state practicing in is required, along with completed CEU requirements and CPR certification. Strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent oral and written communication, and a positive professional demeanor are essential. Experience with EMR software is preferred.
