Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop tailored treatment plans to address their specific needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional capabilities and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on proper techniques and strategies for maintaining optimal health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in (e.g., NY, NJ).
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in the appropriate state (NY, NJ).
- Valid CPR license.
- Experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- $75,000 - $95,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
