Custodian Coordinator

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Custodian Coordinator to join our team in Santa Cruz. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential or commercial spaces.

Job Overview:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the property.
• Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, and common areas with attention to detail.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available for staff and guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment.
2. Restock linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies as needed.
3. Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
4. Participate in deep cleaning initiatives to maintain a high level of quality.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
