Job Overview:

MRG Exams is seeking a skilled Medical Professional to perform Disability Assessments on United States Veterans.

This role involves reviewing medical records electronically through a web portal, conducting in-person physical exams, and documenting exam findings through the web portal.

The selected candidate will not make disability determinations, as this responsibility lies with the United States Veterans Administration.

This position performs Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day, making it an ideal opportunity for those interested in Independent Medical Assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.
  • Utilizing time management skills to stay on task and meet requirements.
  • Conducting focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran.
  • Electronic documentation of exam findings through the web portal.

Requirements:

  • A current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (NCCPA accredited).
  • Meet credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
  • Proficient use of a computer.
