Nurse Care Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:
- A graduate of an approved school of nursing, currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR certification.
