Nurse Care Manager

As a Registered Nurse - RN, you'll play a vital role in our clinical team, working closely with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Qualifications:Requirements include a graduate degree in nursing from an approved school, current licensure by the State Board of Nursing, and CPR certification. One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
