As a Home Health Care Specialist, you'll play a vital role in promoting client satisfaction and quality of life by providing personalized services under the coordination and direction of the client and Home Care Coordinator.

The estimated salary for this position is $56,240 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and $14.15 per hour. This includes rotating weekend shifts every 4-5 weeks. We're seeking an experienced individual who has one year of experience in home care, health care, or aging services industry required. A High School Diploma or GED is also necessary. Valid Driver's License is required as well. You will aid clients in performing Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) and Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). Document client information by making entries in the patient log; notify the Home Care Coordinator/Supervisor of any changes or unusual conditions. Attend and actively participate in all required meetings, training, and educational sessions as directed by the supervisor.
