Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
