Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting/directing clients
  • Scheduling and managing calendars
  • Calling clients
  • Backup for other administrative staff
  • CRM/software management

Requirements
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in all MS Office products
  • Strong customer service interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to multi-task effectively
  • Reliable and able to work weekdays from 8am-4:30pm (extra hours may be required during tax season)
  • Previous work in a CPA office/administrative role (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
