Responsibilities include delivering customer support and information to callers, managing a high volume of calls, addressing complaints and service requests, and documenting inquiries in the relevant computer systems. Demonstrating patience and empathy is essential in this role.

Working Conditions: The facility operates 24/7, requiring Call Center Representatives to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Key physical activities and environmental conditions include: prolonged periods of sitting with a headset while monitoring dual computer screens; typing information accurately while managing calls; communicating calmly and clearly to gather information and provide instructions to a steady stream of callers under pressure; actively listening to ensure comprehension; making timely and responsible decisions; and working in proximity to other call agents under similar conditions.

Employment Type: 12 Month Contract

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week with mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts
