La personne titulaire de ce poste respecte des objectifs définis et travaille sous la supervision générale du vice-président ou de la vice-présidente de l'unité d'affaires.

Responsabilités

  • Représenter la marque S&P Data afin d'accroître les ventes et d'assurer la conservation des affaires existantes des marchés de l'assurance et des placements.
  • Organiser des rencontres régulières et ciblées avec les clients pour bien comprendre leurs besoins en matière de services financiers et d'assurance afin de les conseiller quant à leur planification financière et faire la promotion des caractéristiques et des avantages des produits de placement et d'assurance.
  • Atteindre des cibles de ventes et de conservation des affaires définies afin de maintenir et d'accroître les sources de revenus de S&P Data.
  • Recommander et vendre de l'assurance vie et maladie, y compris des produits de placement qui fournissent des solutions de planification financière qui répondent aux besoins des clients.
  • Entrer en communication avec les clients actuels et potentiels en utilisant une approche consultative, déterminer leurs besoins financiers et évaluer leur portefeuille de produits existant, mener des évaluations fréquentes et ajuster leur plan financier s'il y a lieu.
  • Accueillir les clients provenant de l'acquisition de blocs d'affaires existants ainsi qu'examiner et compléter les dossiers de l'ancien conseiller afin de s'assurer qu'ils respectent les pratiques d'affaires et les normes de conformité.
  • S'assurer de l'efficience et du professionnalisme des communications avec les clients et des services qui leur sont offerts, leur offrir une expérience positive et favoriser la vente et la conservation des affaires.
  • Utiliser des plateformes numériques pour souscrire des produits lors des rencontres avec les clients.
  • Maintenir une bonne compréhension des produits d'assurance vie, d'assurance maladie et de placement de S&P Data afin de mener des consultations efficaces avec les clients.
  • Tirer profit des occasions de ventes entre les réseaux en confiant de façon proactive les occasions d'affaires au réseau approprié.
  • Acquérir et maintenir un niveau de connaissances et une compréhension solides des tendances du marché, du contexte concurrentiel et des gammes de produits de la concurrence.
  • Acquérir et maintenir une excellente compréhension des processus et des pratiques de ventes préconisés par S&P Data pour les produits d'assurance et de placement.

Compétences requises

  • Conseiller en assurance vie bilingue
  • 0-5 ans d'expérience confirmée en service à la clientèle en direct, en relations avec la clientèle et en ventes dans le secteur de l'assurance et/ou des services financiers
  • Un permis de conduire valide
  • Expérience à titre de conseiller ou de conseillère détenant un permis de vente d'assurance vie, un atout considérable
  • Programme de qualification du permis d'assurance vie (PQPAV) et permis de vente d'assurance vie comme défini par les autorités de règlementation des provinces applicables
  • Expérience de travail dans un environnement numérique
  • Titre d'AVA ou ACS, un atout
  • Titre de planificateur financier agréé ou en voie d'obtention
  • Cours sur le commerce des valeurs mobilières au Canada et permis de l'IFIC, un atout
  • Bilinguisme (anglais-français)
  • Solides compétences en gestion des relations interpersonnelles
  • Excellentes compétences pour présenter et convaincre
  • Bonnes habiletés de gestion du temps, d'établissement des priorités et d'organisation
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
  • Tact, diplomatie et capacité à respecter la confidentialité des renseignements personnels
  • Diplôme universitaire ou collégial d'un programme reconnu en services financiers
