Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Application Development Scientist to lead our product development and customer support initiatives within the Tyvek Personal Protection business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering teamwork, guiding cross-functional teams, and driving success in new product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Translate findings into technical specifications and product requirements that stimulate business growth
  • Provide expert technical support to customer-facing teams, partnering with them to address inquiries and offer innovative solutions
  • Develop comprehensive technical documents and value propositions that effectively communicate our products' benefits
  • Represent Tyvek Personal Protection in industry standards and working groups, contributing to the development of safety guidelines and product standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Material, Mechanical engineering, or chemistry
  • Proven experience within the personal protective equipment industry
  • Strong comprehension of market dynamics and customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
