Requirements:
  • A degree in a STEM field or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering Data and AI solutions in a production environment
  • Solid knowledge of statistics, machine learning, forecasting, and time series analysis, NLP, computer vision, and mathematical optimization
  • Experienced in Python, with the ability to build data pipelines and AI/ML models
  • Experienced in SQL, with the ability to write efficient and robust queries
  • Experience with additional languages preferred, e.g., C++
  • Familiarity with DevOps process for model deployment and unit testing
  • Experience working in cloud environments, especially MS Azure, is a plus
  • Experience of work in collaborative development environment (GIT, Azure DevOps, JIRA)
  • Exceptional intellectual curiosity, problem-solving, mathematical intuition, and effectiveness in a team
  • Ability to communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders clearly

Our expert technologists work closely with Cerberus investment and operating professionals across our global businesses and platforms on a variety of operating initiatives targeted at improving systems and generating value from data.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $130,000 and $190,000. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate's relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is often a meaningful portion of the compensation package, and a robust benefits package.
