Job Overview

The Industrial Security Analyst II, under the guidance of the Corporate Facility Security Officer (FSO), will play a crucial role in supporting and overseeing the comprehensive security framework of the organization. This position is vital for ensuring adherence to the regulations set forth by the United States Departments of Defense and State, as outlined in the 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part ("NISPOM Rule") and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the identification system for all personnel, including employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Administer security officer services to guarantee the protection and control of the facility.
  • Support all industrial security initiatives to ensure compliance with governmental and organizational security standards.
  • Communicate security requirements effectively to all site personnel.
  • Engage in investigations related to fraud, theft, sabotage, espionage, and other misconduct.
  • Maintain security policies and procedures that govern employee conduct.
  • Ensure that post orders and operational instructions for security personnel are up-to-date.
  • Develop and implement standard practices for all industrial security operations.
  • Assist in the interpretation of security practices and manage the processing of visit requests and related documentation.
  • Contribute to the quarterly reporting for the Government Security Committee (GSC).
  • Maintain awareness of classified information systems usage.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Initiate security measures as necessary to uphold compliance with all security protocols.
  • Participate in site inspections and training sessions.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and other security personnel.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Preferred: Associate's degree.
  • Required: High School diploma or GED.
  • Field of Study: Industrial Security.
  • Training prerequisites to be completed within one year of assuming the position include: Cleared Personnel, Electric Communications Plan (ECP), Special Security Agreement (SSA), Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), and Safety Training as mandated by the Safety Department.
