Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project schedules and project controls tools
  • Identify project milestones, monitor, and report on same
  • Lead/Host Interactive Planning Workshops
  • Critical Path development & analysis
  • Liaise with project management team with regular schedule performance status reports
  • Provide valued input to Constructability Reviews
  • Establish project schedule resource requirements
  • Develop and Communicate tools for the target completion of project goals
  • Provides performance updates/reports views for identification of variances and corrective action
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as engineering, construction management, etc. or proven equivalent experience
  • 10+ Years of experience in a design firm setting (preferably in the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, Cell & Gene Therapy sectors)
  • Strong background in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Sound understanding of all phases of projects from design through to construction, commissioning, and qualification
  • Understanding and experience of Critical Path Methods (CPM)
  • Understanding and experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
