A bachelor's degree in social work or a related discipline, along with two or more years of experience in the human services sector, or a master's degree in a human services field, is required.

A Day in the Life of a Foster Care Specialist
As a Foster Care Specialist, your role will involve collaborating with children and families to ensure that children can thrive safely within their home settings.
Foster Care Specialists impart essential skills such as emotional regulation, fostering healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families, among other competencies.
In this position, you will work closely with our foster parents to provide training, licensing, and ongoing support for both them and the children in their care.
