Night Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Supervisor to join our team at Koa Restoration & Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our janitorial crews, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of janitorial crews to ensure timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve safety, cleanliness, and appearance of work sites.
- Communicate with clients and upper management to address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a janitorial or facilities operations setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
