Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. As a BCBA at The Place, you will play a critical role in shaping the developmental journey of our clients and empowering our clinical staff and families to support our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small caseload of clients, providing individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child's progression.
  • Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans, driving continuous improvement and success.
  • Maintain meticulous client notes and data, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in therapy.
  • Provide crucial supervision and training to our clinical staff and families, empowering them to support our mission.
  • Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans, driving continuous improvement and success.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification, State Licensure from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Clinical setting experience strongly preferred.
