Comprehend and convey the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
Exhibit interest and capability to collaborate as part of a team.

Operational Excellence:
Implement operational tasks in accordance with company directives.
Accurately process all POS transactions.
Adhere to and apply visual directives, ensuring daily execution of store standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Professional selling skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
Prior experience in luxury goods is preferred.
Proactive multitasking and prioritization skills.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

An exceptional professional will have:
Experience in luxury retail sales.

Physical Requirements:

Availability to work the store schedule as needed, including evenings and weekends - our shop operates Monday - Thursday 10-8, Friday & Saturday 10-9, Sunday 11-7.

Standing for extended periods.
Able to safely lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
Comfortable with climbing ladders.
